I love to eat. I always have. But I didn’t always feel good about my choices or the way they made my body feel. After struggling with chronic inflammation, joint pain and acne growing up, I turned to food for help. By replacing most dairy, grains and sugary foods with more healthy fats, leafy greens and protein, I’ve been able to reduce inflammation, improve joint mobility and clear my skin while feeling good about my choices and keeping my excitement for food alive.
