As a long time athlete, captain of my NEPSAC hockey team and a Western New England Field Hockey All Star, I have spent most of my life pushing through pain and injuries to perform in a game or practice that would leave me feeling depleted in my every day life. When I finally realized that being an athlete and feeling good could exist together, I completely shifted how I train. Incorporating more mindful movements, mobility and control into my daily practice has left me feeling and moving better than I ever had before. One on one sessions allow us to focus on your specific needs and goals, offered in person and virtually.
