My degree in exercise science was just the beginning of my wellness journey. It opened my eyes to exercise, but I knew there was more to healing a messed up gut, chronic inflammation, sleepiness nights, you get the picture… From there I decided to dive into the nutrition side of things. And then of course, yoga.

You want to wake up energized, experience a hormonal balance and feel confident about the foods that you put into your body. I will walk you through how I achieved this in as few or as many steps as you’d like.

We will work together using a whole body approach to figure out what’s best for you. I offer virtual workout sessions, nutrition coaching, and hormonal health courses.
