I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a BS in Exercise Science. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher, specializing in pre and post natal.
I love drinking yummy coffee, eating all the good foods, and moving mindfully.
As a long time athlete, I’ve spent most of my life working around injuries and pains while trying to perform. Add to that, I was a hormonal mess, diagnosed with PCOS, and unsure how to move forward. After one too many scary doctors appointments, I decided to figure it out for myself.
Throughout that process, I discovered that food is healing, and that movement should be the best part of our day.
My passion is to help others discover the same, to live a life stronger, happier and healthier.
